The Wholesale Whale marketplace is where licensed dealers can browse live wholesale listings across RV, Powersports, and Marine markets. All browsing is gated by your active dealer licenses — you'll only see inventory for the markets you're verified to access.

Navigate to Wholesale Market
You'll see:
All listings you’re eligible to view based on your license(s)
Filtering options across market, unit type, offer range, status, and more
Search bar and icons for advanced views
Market Access Rules
You must have a valid, approved license for a specific market (RV, Powersports, Marine) in order to browse and make offers in that category.
Licenses are tied to the account, not the individual user.
Filters & Icons
Located just below the top menu bar:
Search Bar – keyword or VIN-based search
Filter – open full filter sidebar (unit type, location, age, etc.)
"New" Filter – view only new inventory
“New” = units added in the last 3 days or that you haven’t interacted with yet
"Hotsheet" Filter – view only units that match your saved Hotsheet filters
🏷️ Viewing Listings
Click on any unit to open the Listing Details, which shows:
Market icon and Listing ID
Current status tags (New, Hot, Offer Submitted, etc.)
Photos of the unit if available
Offer section
Unit specifications and seller-provided condition report
Listing details (location, price, delivery terms, seller type)
If you've submitted an offer, you’ll see its current ranking and status here as well.
Understanding the Tags
New – Listed within the last 3 days
Hot – Matches your Hotsheet filters
Offer Submitted – You've already submitted an offer on this unit
Connected – You’re actively connected to the seller/buyer for this listing
🔥 Hotsheets
Hotsheets are your saved search preferences. They allow you to:
Get quick access to the inventory you care about
Filter for specific unit types, ages, or pricing windows
Enable proactive dealer-to-dealer discovery
When you click the hotsheet icon, only units that match your Hotsheet filters are displayed.
❓ FAQs
Why can’t I see all inventory?
You only see listings from markets you’re licensed for (RV, Powersports, or Marine). Add a license under Settings > Licenses to unlock more.
Can I browse anonymously?
You can browse freely within your licensed markets. Your identity is only revealed if you submit an offer and both parties connect.
What makes a listing “hot”?
Listings are considered "hot" if they match your Hotsheet filters — these are set up by you under your profile.
Can I save units or follow listings?
Currently, you can filter using Hotsheets or submit offers to stay engaged. Save/follow functionality is not yet available.
