🔥 The Hotsheet
The Hotsheet is your personal shortlist of unit types you're actively looking for. It helps you quickly filter the marketplace to show only the listings that match your interests.
You can update your Hotsheet at any time, and your settings are unique to you — they won’t affect other users in your dealership’s account.
🏷️ Listing Cards
Each unit in the marketplace is shown as a listing card with key details.
Unit Name | Displays the listing’s full name, including year, make, model, and model number. |
Market & Unit Type | Indicates which market the listing belongs to (e.g., RV, Marine, Powersports) and the specific type of unit (e.g., Class A, Pontoon Boat, ATV). |
Unit Location | Shows the location of this unit. |
Offer Submitted | Indicates that you have a submitted offer on this listing. |
Connecting Offer | The seller has requested to connect with you about your submitted offer. Confirm the invitation to view their details and begin negotiations. |
Connected | A Buyer and Seller are connected to this listing and can view eachother's contact details. |
New Listing | This is a new wholesale listing to you. |
Hotsheet Listing | Indicates that this listing matches the criteria on your Hotsheet. |
Overall Condition | Displays the overall condition of the unit- view the listing details to see a more detailed condition report. |
