⚙️ The My Inventory section is where you manage all of your dealership’s inventory and create wholesale listings.

🏷️ Whether added manually, uploaded via CSV, or synced from your DMS, this is your centralized hub for getting units onto the marketplace.

👀 You’ll see your internal stock numbers, unit details, and can easily list any item for wholesale with just a few clicks.

➕ Adding Inventory

Choose the method that works best for your dealership.

  • Manual Entry
Add a unit one at a time directly in the app

    • Great for smaller stores or one-off listings

    • Fill out unit details and condition info manually

  • CSV File Upload
Upload a spreadsheet with your current inventory

    • Supported formats will map automatically (or prompt for mapping)

    • Can include image URLs for faster listing prep

  • DMS/FTP Sync
    Connect your Dealer Management System

    • Use the Inventory Sync button to reveal your FTP credentials

    • Once connected, your inventory updates automatically

    • Enables advanced features like auto-listing and aging triggers

🚀 Creating a Wholesale Listing

Ready to sell it wholesale? Just click on a unit to get started.

  • Launches the listing flow with pre-filled details (if available)

  • Complete the condition report, offer settings, delivery/pickup preferences, and upload or confirm images

  • Click List Unit to push it live to the marketplace

❗ Listings that aren't from a live inventory feed will have an automatic 7 day expiration applied to them. This keeps the wholesale listings fresh and active.

✅ You can relist, edit, or remove units at any time — just return to My Inventory and manage from there.

🔑 Inventory Table

Once added, all units appear in your inventory table for easy tracking.

  • Stock# – Your dealership’s internal reference number

  • Market Icon – RV, Marine, or Powersports

  • Unit Info – Year, make, model, and type

  • Import Source – File upload, sync, or manual

  • Last Updated Date – Indicates when the unit was last synced or modified

  • Actions – View Offers, Relist Expired units, etc.
